Wangkaya Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the wangkaya platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. These Terms take effect from the date your account is registered.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance and Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and wangkaya ("Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by wangkaya. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in online betting and gambling activities;
- Access the platform from a jurisdiction where such activities are lawful;
- Have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms;
- Not acting on behalf of any other individual or entity that is prohibited from using our services.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any changes to the Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your wangkaya account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. wangkaya will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised disclosure of your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided to wangkaya is accurate at all times. Failure to update information that has changed may affect your ability to make withdrawals or access certain services. Users are also prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that is harmful to others.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Specific Prohibitions
Wangkaya platform users are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use automated software (bots), or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Money Laundering: The wangkaya platform must not be used for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activities in any form.
- Other Users' Accounts: Using another person's account, transferring funds between accounts without authorisation, or acting as an agent on behalf of other users is strictly prohibited.
- Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
- Inappropriate Content: Sending or posting threatening, hateful, or obscene content through any of the platform's communication channels is strictly prohibited.
Wangkaya reserves the right to take immediate action against any account that violates these rules, including instant suspension and/or referral to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the wangkaya platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX (Financial Process Exchange) and supported local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and not to a third party.
Deposit Processing
Deposits are usually credited to your account within the timeframe shown on the transaction screen. wangkaya is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of the bank or third-party payment provider. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with the relevant proof of transaction.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process, which may be required before funds are released. wangkaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) to ensure the security of your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved in writing by the wangkaya team.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Liability Limits
Wangkaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Wangkaya reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension due to a user violation, any remaining balance in the account may be subject to review before a refund is considered.
Intellectual Property
All content on the wangkaya platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and other materials — is the property of wangkaya or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from wangkaya.
Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
The wangkaya platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. wangkaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. All matters relating to these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
